Ingredients

Raw almonds, soaked overnight and peeled
Foraged wild garlic leaves, roughly torn or chopped (grows in woodlands and along river banks throughout spring)
Extra virgin olive oil
Apple cider vinegar (with mother, of course)
Himalayan pink salt

Method

  • Blend well in a food processor, adding oil and vinegar according to your personal taste

Tips!

You can experiment with which type & combination of nuts/pine nuts you use.
