One of Jamie’s own favourite cake recipes. He uses less and less Sweet Freedom every time to reduce the sugar content.
1/2 cup spelt flour
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
Good squirt of Sweet Freedom
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Grind the nuts up in a blender.
- Mix everything together stick in a cake tin and bake for 35 mins. Voila! Particularly good served with CoYo natural yoghurt.
Sweet Freedom is a natural sweetener, made from apples, grapes and carob.
